 Yoga for a quiet mind

New Yoga For A Quiet Mind class starting on September 12th, in Seabrook, NH

This class is welcoming to all ages and experience levels. Although physical intensity can be modified for individuals, the intention is not. Movement is practiced with no unnecessary strain as it increases flexibility, enhances strength, improves balance and reduces stress. Balanced emotions evolve through various breathing techniques. Mind, body and life are brought to balance in this class of self discovery. The class ends with deep relaxation.
