Kathleen Ullrich, Assistant Director, E-RYT 500 / YACEP, Yoga4Cancer

Kathleen, a gifted yogi, has been teaching the transformative power of yoga for fifteen years. As an E-RYT 500, YAEC with Yoga Alliance, she has extensive experience in all aspects of wellness modalities. Currently Kathleen teaches in the Yoga and Cancer program under the auspices of SATYA (Seacoast Area Teachers of Yoga in Action).

Kathleen's classes are based on reverence to and for the breath. She believes in the power of the breath as a means to anchor students in their own strength, courage and receptivity to change. Kathleen's classes support that recognizing one's own sense of wholeness is the master key to self healing. Developing a sense of self awareness as a means of offering balance to body and mind is a hallmark of her classes.

Kathleen presently teaches a melding of classical yogic traditions and wisdom to venues in the Seacoast of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She was Director of Teacher Training for Pathways Yoga Systems and workshop presenter.  Presently she is affiliated with the YogaLife Institute of New Hampshire.  Kathleen is certified in Reiki ll and Yoga4Cancer.
